Design & Development :

Keeping in mind the emerging needs of customers across the world, Mag has strengthened its Design and Development Department, and uses the latest software technology including SolidWorks and Sheetworks, and other specially designed sheet metal working software from Amada, Japan. Specially demarcated floor space set aside for trial prototype products.

Machine Shop :-

Hi-precision CNC machines for:
1. Sheet shearing.
2. Turret punching, 20 tonne capacity machines to punch upto 6 mm plates.
3. Laser cutting for plate size 1.5 mtrs x 3 mtrs x 16 mm thickness.
4. Bending from 35 to 160 tonnes for 3 mtr long plates.
5. Power presses for punching and forming operations from 20 tonnes.

Fabrication Shop :

In-house facility for designing and manufacturing welding jigs and fixtures. Mig/Tig welding machines for fabrications of MS, SS and Aluminium sheets.

Paint Shop :

A modern, hi-tech Paint Shop has been successfully commissioned at SS Fabs. It comprises of the following units :
1. A Pre-treatment shop for hot phosphating of components with an automatic, computerized Transport System.
2. Putty Application and Sandering Booth with Dust Collector System, with Bag Filters.
3. Down-draft Liquid Paint Booth and a Paint Baking Oven with Floor conveyor.
4. Powder Coating Line with an overhead Conveyor.

Final Assembly :

Special, clean and spacious area devoted to the final assembly and packing of products for shipment.

Quality control :

All components are checked for quality at every stage of manufacturing and final inspection is carried out by QC engineers through random checks.
